Weekday Customer Service

Job description

We are looking for customer-oriented service representatives for a busy bagel shop. A customer service associate will greet the customer, provide information regarding the menu and assist the customer in choosing the best options for them. The best associates are genuinely excited to help customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, accept payments, and complete orders with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Complete sidework and maintain cleanliness of the counter area and lobby.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate and complete orders by using the right methods/tools provided to you
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage with customers

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience in a food establishment preferred, but not required. No experience necessary, will train the right candidate.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must enjoy mornings: Required Hours 7 am - 1:30 pm

Schedule: Weekdays Only - Tuesday - Friday (Weekend shifts optional if looking for more hours.)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour plus tips
