Weekend Grill Cook

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate grill and other kitchen equipment effectively and safely
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area
- Assist with catering events as needed

Skills:
- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Bagel Baker/Prep

Job Description:

Seeking a very reliable person who enjoys early mornings to prepare and bake our bagels, make our house made flavored cream cheeses, and prep ingredients for the day while ensuring high quality and consistency. Never work nights! Experience is preferred but not necessary! Will train the right candidate! Come in early (3 am), blast the music (or not), and bake & prep the bagels for opening. The rest of the team will join you soon after. Leave for the day once all responsibilities are completed!

Job can be physically demanding and must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Responsibilities:

include but are not limited to:

- Baking bagels for the day

- Prepping bagel dough for next day

- Making our house made cream cheeses

- Slicing various deli meats and cheeses

- Keeping a clean work environment

- Follow recipes and procedures for prep/baking

Job Requirements:

- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if needed

- Ability to work in fast paced environments

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

- Reliable transportation

Schedule: Flexible, 4 days/week with option to pick up. Must work weekends

Salary: $16/hr dependent on experience

Hours: 3am-finish, generally between 7am & 10 depending on the day and experience.
